Description
Rebonded foam is an open-cell multi-colored polyurethane foam that is firm but flexible. This foam is made from reclaimed and scrapped foams. Our rebounded foam is a 6lb density which allows for it to be used in many different applications. Commonly used as carpet padding, rebounded foam can also be used for foam sitting ottomans, Arabic seating, gymnastics pads, motorcycle seats, etc. Rebonded foam is great to use for things that get maximum use that require durability. It can be used for commercial uses such as restaurant booths and bar seats or residential applications such as tractor seats, snowmobile seats or floor seating.
Knee Foam Church Pews. Made from 1/2″ thick volara foam and 2″ thick rebonded foam. This combination offers the perfect balance of durability and cushion for long services.

Please roll the foam or lay the foam flat once you receive it. If you are folding the rebounded foam this material may tear but can be pieced together with spray adhesive glue. |
Rebounded foam is bigger than stated because there will be perimeter edges that will not be clean off and is extremely rough. If you would like to see photos, please let us know. Rebounded foam has a rough texture at the top it is best to add dacron wrap at the top to have a smooth surface when upholstering.
Multi/Rebonded-Mixed Foam is mostly shipped out in the green color. The blue Multi/Rebonded-Mixed Foam will be discontinued.
Shipping rebounded foam with custom cutting to exact size: Yes we can custom cut the foam to size but..
It is best to ship this custom cutting rebounded not compressed. Otherwise, if it is compressed by machine foam will not expand to the correct size. It is slightly bigger or smaller by 2″ in length. If you are ok with rebounded foam still being compressed Foam N’ More will not be responsible for the size change.

Purchased this to replace the existing cushion in my camper dinette. Very firm….exactly what I was looking for! It is a little heavy due to its density, so if you’re concerned about the added weight in your camper, this will definitely add a few pounds.
The service department was also great. I ordered a big piece so Foam ‘N More could not ship it in one piece. They did communicate well and gave me the option to cut it in half (and pay additional shipping) or cancel the order altogether. I decided to have it cut in a way that still worked for the dimensions I needed. Win!
