Premium Medium High Density: This foam grade is medium high-density foam. If you are looking for support, comfort, and durability then this foam is for you. This type of foam is rubber based which means it will not break down like ordinary foam. It will maintain its original shape and density for years. This is our most popular foam for a baby mattress.

Standard (less expensive) Foam: This foam is a 1.5lbs density. It’s intended for temporary use such as camping, guest beds, fold-out beds, etc.

Adding a cover will prevent the foam from wear and tear and other damp conditions; allowing the foam to last longer.

Colors below and above may differ from actual foam colors due to differences in your monitor’s (screen’s) setup.

Please note: all of the fabric is 54″ wide so any mattress wider than 54″ will have to be seamed together.

Our Terry Cloth does NOT feel like a bath towel as advertised with other companies. Our terry cloth is thinner and feels more like a stuffed animal toy material. This is not recommended for outdoor applications. Samples of this material can be mail for you to test.
