Another Important Note: Our Polyurethane foam only comes 82″ long x 76″ wide x 6″ thick, foam ordered of bigger size will have to be glued together.

Thicknesses: 1”, 2”, and 3” Thick.  This does not require FR Socks but is included in this listing. If you would like us to take the FR Sock off, please request that option in the checkout comment page.

FR Sock is a fire-retardant thin cover that goes over the foam. Price for FR sock is already included in the cost for 4″ and thicker. 

Luxury Firm:  This foam grade is firm high-density foam. If you are looking for support and durability, then this foam is for you. This type of foam is rubber based which means it will not break down like ordinary foam.  It will maintain its original shape and density for years.  This foam grade is quite firm and offers a high level of support.

Premium Medium High Density: This foam grade is medium high-density foam and is most common and popular item to use. If you are looking for support, comfort, and durability then this foam is for you. This type of foam is rubber based which means it will not break down like ordinary foam.  It will maintain its original shape and density for years.  This is our most popular foam and highly recommended for seat cushion replacement.

Medium/Soft High Density: This foam has a medium to soft feel depending on the sleeper’s body weight. It offers a high degree of comfort and will retain its shape and density. This type of foam is rubber based which means it will not break down like ordinary foam.  If you are looking for comfort and durability, then this foam is for you.

Standard (less expensive) Foam: This foam is a 1.5lbs density. It’s intended for temporary use such as camping, guest beds, fold-out beds, etc.

Memory Foam: Our 4 lb Gel Memory foam provides superior comfort PLUS support. Our innovative dual-wave gel technology reinforces enveloping open cell breathable visco foam with gel-infused waves to provide enhanced support along with cradling comfort. 4 l Gel Memory is perfect for the top comfort layer of mattresses for the perfect balance of comfort, support and enhanced pressure relief.
